Tracy Reynolds and Chris Maxwell continue their interesting discussion with author and pastor Tod Bolsinger. Tod serves as the Executive Director of Church Leadership Institute at Fuller Seminary, CEO of A. E. Sloan Leadership Company, and worked in pastoral ministry for many years. His heart beats for leadership development. In this conversation, Tod provides parts of his story about how leaders do not have to choose to endure their journeys alone. Leaders are to bring people together. Pastors must remember there is a God we love and there are people we love, and leaders are called to help those people be transformed. That happens as the leadership themselves—and their churches—are transformed.
